Sue Zawacki – Vice President

Sue Zawacki has worked in the senior resource industry for 10 years.  Her direct contact with seniors and their families through her work in the insurance industry focusing on long term care and Medicare policies made her aware of the issues that the adult children of aging parents face when trying to find the right resources to assist their aging loved ones.  Her passion to help these family caregivers moved her to connect with an organization that distributed a resource guide.  Her initiative launched the publication in the Chicagoland area and during her tenure managed a six county region and distributed over 1 million copies of the guide.  Her work on the board of several senior service provider associations has assisted her in understanding the need for a Resource Networks such as AgingInfoUSA.  Her pioneering nature moved her to pursue a partnership with Sue Salach-Cutler to create AgingInfoUSA, LLC.  Sue has a passion to connect families with resources and feels she has created her calling with AgingInfoUSA.

Susan Avello - Vice President of Network Development

Being a transplant from Southeast Alabama and having a passion for assisting family caregivers it was just the "right move" in partnering with such an awesome team (AgingInfoUSA) here in Chicagoland. My experience with seniors began through my work in an extended care facility where in the beginning I really had no idea how to relate to not even my own grandmother.  That led me to spend the last 3 years researching advanced technology for Alzheimer's Patients and their Caregivers and Portable PERS Devices. Upon moving to the North Suburbs of Chicago my path led me to partner with two extraordinary women who had a unique vision of connecting adult caregivers in the workplace to the trusted resources needed to care for their loved ones.
